We are thrilled to announce that Gary Medeiros has joined Solucore as President effective September 9, 2024! With over 28 years of experience in the elevator industry and a proven track record of customer service and leadership, Gary is positioned with the existing talented team of individuals to take Solucore to new heights.
Gary brings a comprehensive background of experience within the industry working with various elevator companies. His impressive career journey spans from early roles in Account / Sales Management and growing to District Management positions in multiple cities and provinces, showcasing a consistent record of success. Advancing to Vice President of Central Canada for ThyssenKrupp Elevator (TKE), one of the largest players in the Canadian market, he further demonstrated his dynamic leadership. Later, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for TKE, he supported the sales team and strategic growth of the company across Canada. After 16 years with TKE, he was appointed President and CEO, where he earned a reputation for being steadfast in his dedication to his teams, and exceptional customer focus.
At Solucore, Gary will bring his vast industry knowledge and his passion for the industry as he takes the helm as President. He will oversee all aspects of business operations, with primary focus on customer experience through strong business solutions, cutting-edge technology, leadership in innovation, value added services, and employee empowerment. Gary’s ability to inspire, his strategic foresight, and commitment to operational excellence make him the ideal leader to take Solucore into its next chapter of elevator and escalator consulting service delivery and growth across North America.
