Dear Client,
As we continue to monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments closely, the health and well-being of our associates, clients and their associates are of utmost important to us. Limiting any impact this health event could have on our service to our clients is imperative. We are keenly focused on our preparedness efforts to maintain a safe work environment for our associates and to sustain regular business operations. I’d like to share some of what we are doing to ensure the safety of our associates and community at large.
Internal COVID-19 Policy
We have developed an Internal COVID-19 Policy and communicated it to all of our associates. This policy includes instruction on proper handwashing techniques, how to effectively clean equipment and the use of germ fighting gels/products.
If an associate becomes sick with a cough or fever regardless if it is related to COVID-19 or not, we are asking them to self-isolate. Solucore will continue to pay their salary and ensure they are supported.
To mitigate the spread of this disease, we are encouraging our associates to reduce their social interactions and be mindful to practice social distancing. At Solucore, we have a standard work from home policy. All of our consultants continue to follow this policy using collaboration technology to connect with clients and other team members therefore minimizing their interactions.
Again, the safety of our associates and clients are of utmost importance and we will continue to track the developments of COVID-19 and update our policy as needed. We are all committed in making health and safety an integral part of our service to our clients.
