Toronto, ON – Toronto-based Solucore Inc., a leading North American elevator consulting company, announces its recent acquisition of CPAI Inc. a Montreal-based elevator consulting firm, allowing it to expand and improve elevator services in the region.

"Solucore has a good presence in the Québec market, but we had challenges in delivering rapid services, as flights and expenses can delay our response times. Rather than reinvent the wheel, we have opted to go with a well-established company to achieve our growth in the region and expand our delivery model."
The acquisition not only gives Solucore a very strong and well-established presence in the Québec market, but it is a great company to synergize with, says Eleid. "CPAI provides much of the needed French language reports and specifications which will broaden Solucore's capabilities, while CPAI will gain access to Solucore’s proven IT systems and tools."
Ultimately, the acquisition will lead to improved service, and faster and more robust reports and maintenance monitoring services to a large client base in the province of Québec

CPAI will continue to operate and service its existing contracts under CPAI and eventually under Solucore Québec Inc.
This will be the third acquisition in the last three years for Solucore. The company acquired Seaway Elevator Consultants located in Ottawa in January 2016, Scotia Elevator Consulting Limited located in Nova Scotia in January 2017 and CPAI located in Québec in February 2018.
